Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If payment is deducted but the order is not processed due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Damage caused due to improper installation or misuse.
• Products returned without prior approval.

Replacement

Eligible products will be replaced as per our warranty policy after inspection.
